 With a rich tapestry of expertise spanning from natural movement training and breathwork to mindfulness and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, BrunoMove Coaching stands as a beacon of comprehensive health and fitness wisdom. His athletic journey is marked by significant achievements, including being a former NCAA Division I Basketball player, a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt, and an Ironman Triathlon finisher with a qualification for the Ironman World Championship. With over 20 years dedicated to science and evidence-based coaching, Bruno excels in guiding individuals of all ages and abilities towards embracing a strong mindset and an active lifestyle. His resilience in overcoming injuries underpins his commitment to a life enriched by movement, strength, and freedom.
